These Terms & Conditions govern by the provision of industrial waste and scrap management services given below so that the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.    Scope of Services:
•    Ayush enterprises shall provide the Services as described in the service agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties. The scope of Services may include waste assessment, scrap collection, recycling, hazardous waste handling, equipment rental, and related activities.
2.    Client Responsibilities:
•    The Client shall provide with access to the industrial site where Services are to be performed, as well as necessary information, permits, and permissions required for waste management activities.
•    The Client shall ensure the accuracy and completeness of any information provided to the waste streams, quantities, and other relevant details.
3.    Fees and Payment:
•    The Client shall pay the fees for the Services as agreed upon in the service agreement or proposal. Fees may include charges for waste collection, recycling, equipment rental, transportation, and other applicable costs.
•    Payment terms, including invoicing frequency and due dates, shall be outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
4.    Waste Handling and Disposal:
•    Hazardous waste shall be managed and disposed of in compliance with relevant laws and standards.
•    The Client shall ensure that waste materials are properly segregated, labeled, and stored in accordance with [Company Name]'s instructions and regulatory requirements.
5.    Ownership of Scrap Materials:
•    Scrap materials collected by the property of the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Client may facilitate the sale or recycling of scrap materials on behalf of the Client as per agreed terms.
6.    Insurance and Liability:
•    The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the Client's use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.
7.    Termination:
•    Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of these Terms that remains uncured for a specified period.
8.    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
•    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
